Our FOUNDER

Matthew Daniel

Attorney Matthew Daniel has spent nearly two decades fighting for people harmed by the negligence of others. From personal injury to national opioid litigation, he has recovered hundreds of millions for clients and communities.

A Dallas native and National Merit Scholar, Matthew attended the University of Oklahoma, completed his MBA at Cox School of Business, and earned his JD from SMU Dedman School of Law. His work today centers on personal injury, immigration support, and helping everyday Texans rebuild their lives.

Matthew’s empathy for immigrant families began at age 16 when he lived with a host family in Madrid. This early experience shaped his worldview and inspired his mission to build a law firm rooted in dignity, cultural respect, and service.

Matthew is a husband, father of two, and caretaker of three rescue huskies. He enjoys cooking, staying active, and spending time with his family on their East Texas ranch.
